Courses Refund and Cancellation Policy
Boston NeuroDynamics (BND) is committed to providing high-quality professional education. The following policy governs all course registrations.
A. On-Demand Courses
Your eligibility for a refund or credit is determined primarily by the percentage of course material accessed before requesting for a refund. Please note that the 100% refund option is strictly time-limited.
1. Minimal Access (less than 10% Viewed)
Within 7 Days of Purchase: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee (minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee).
After 7 Days of Purchase: You fall into the "Partial Access" category below (50% refund).
2. Partial Access (less than 30% Viewed)
If you have viewed less than 30% of the course modules—regardless of how long ago you purchased the course—you may choose one of the following:
50% Refund: Issued to your original payment method (minus the $100 non-refundable administrative fee).
3. Extensive Access (30% or More Viewed)
No Refund/No Credit: Once 30% or more of the course modules have been accessed, the course is considered fully delivered. No refunds or course credits will be issued under any circumstances.
B. Live / In-Person (Synchronous/Hybrid) Courses
30+ Days Prior to Start: Full refund, minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.
14–29 Days Prior to Start: Your choice of a 50% refund or a 100% course credit toward a future BND training (valid for 12 months).
Less than 14 Days Prior to Start: No refunds or credits are available due to fixed costs related to venue, staffing, and equipment.
C. General Provisions
Administrative Fee: The $100 fee covers merchant processing and administrative work.
Travel Liability: BND is not responsible for non-refundable travel or lodging expenses in the event of a course cancellation.
